Looking for a clinic to get a retainer done. Then I saw that a new clinic had opened near the condo. So I decided to try getting a retainer here. The doctors, nurses, and staff are all very nice, good service, nice to talk to, and the clinic is clean. The retainer that I made is beautiful and I really like it. Plus, after 6 months, the clinic still reminds me to come and inspect the retainer. Very good service 👍🏻👍🏻
Decided to get my hawley retainers done here and was quite delighted. Their pricing was very reasonable compared to other dental places in Bangkok. A set cost 3,000 baht. The process was very quick and easy. Went in, got the dental impressions, and consulted the doctor about what kind of hawley retainers would best suit my teeth. The retainers also had customization options where you could choose the color, look, and things that can go into them. I chose to do a turquoise blue retainer with glitter and stars in them. The processing time for the retainer is 7 days, but it came sooner than expected. It came out super cute. The staff were also very accommodating and even help ship out my retainers to the hotel my boyfriend and I were staying in Hua Hin. Thank you Bangkok New Smile Dental Clinic!!!!
I went to Bangkok New Smile Dental Clinic today because I had an emergency with one of my front teeth. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service, starting from the reception to the payment. But my biggest thanks go to Dr Thanyalak, whose calm and highly professional manner really made me feel at ease. I can confidently recommend her and the clinic and will certainly come back to BNSDC if I need help in the future. I give BNSDC five stars. Thank you very much Dr Thanyalak and BNSDC

I just had a dental consultation with my dentist. She gave me excellent advice on how to take care of my teeth. The clinic is easily accessible, just a 1-minute walk from both the MRT blue line and yellow line. The atmosphere is clean and comfortable, and I would recommend it to anyone seeking comprehensive dental care.

Had a great overall experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Dentist was extremely knowledgeable and spoke great English, making it easy to understand everything and ask questions. I got a retainer made here. You save a little money if you get two made. It’s kinda hard to find as it’s in a new building but the location is correct on google and soon they might have a sign in the outside. Just find the door to the building and go up to the fourth floor. Brand new facility with very professional English speaking staff. Get yourself a nice coffee from the espresso machine.

The best-ever clean of my teeth occurred at this dentist. A simple procedure that was performed really well by a dentist at this facility. I was amazed how clean my teeth were after the procedure. The front office staff are very efficient and polite - even contacting me the days before the appointment to confirm my booking. I was very impressed. The dentist is located inside the shopping centre. The price was excellent - the cleaning procedure cost approximately $US30.
