Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling or Changing Treatment: If you need to reschedule the date/time of your appointment or change the type of treatment, please notify the clinic at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows our staff to efficiently reallocate the treatment schedule for you.
Appointment Cancellation: In the event that you cancel an appointment or decline to receive services, any deposit or service fees already paid will be subject to the refund conditions outlined in the next section.
2. Refund Policy
Reservation of Rights Condition: The clinic “does not have a refund policy for deposits or service fees under any circumstances” once payment has been successfully completed, whether it is due to service cancellation or a subsequent change in the type of treatment.
Benefits of Transferring Treatment Value: Although the clinic reserves the right to decline cash refunds, the amount paid for deposits or service fees “can be applied as a credit toward other services or treatments” within the clinic. This is subject to the following conditions:
The aforementioned credit can be used for dental treatments/other services where the total cost is equal to or greater than the original amount (by paying the remaining balance).
This accumulated credit will be valid for use within 6 months from the date of payment.
